Welcome to LAX Black Cars. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LAX Black Cars website, online reservation platform, mobile services, communications, and transportation-related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, browsing, submitting a reservation request, communicating with us, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not access or use our website or Services.

LAX Black Cars provides an online platform that allows customers to request and arrange transportation services, including but not limited to airport transfers, city-to-city transportation, chauffeur services, hourly services, convention center transfers, stadium transfers, theme park transportation, wine tours, and event transportation. Transportation services may be provided directly by LAX Black Cars or through independent transportation providers, affiliates, or licensed operators within our service network.

These Terms are intended to establish a clear understanding of the rights, responsibilities, limitations, and obligations of both LAX Black Cars and its customers. We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of the website or Services following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Services

LAX Black Cars provides an online platform for customers to request and reserve transportation services. Transportation services may be provided directly or through affiliated transportation providers.

 

Reservations

• Reservations are subject to availability.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information.
• Transportation request of a reservation does not guarantee service until accepted and confirmed.

 

Pricing and Payment

• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, waiting time, airport fees, special requests, or route changes.
• Payment must be completed before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
• The company accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Additionally, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App may be accepted depending on the driver’s availability. Please be advised that debit and credit card fees of up to 4.0% may apply.
• For charges exceeding $500, we require identification that matches the credit card used for payment.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full rate.
• Please note that credit card transaction fees for prepaid reservations are non-refundable.

 

Passenger Conduct

Passengers must:

• Follow all applicable laws.
• Wear seat belts when required.
• Refrain from damaging vehicles.
• Avoid disruptive or unsafe behavior.

Service may be terminated without refund for unsafe or unlawful conduct.

 

Limitation of Liability

• Passengers are responsible for notifying the office or their driver of any flight delays by calling or texting 818-306-6556 or via email, booking@laxblackcars.com.
• If a flight is delayed by more than 1–2 hours, the company will seek alternative solutions, such as assigning a different driver, to accommodate other scheduled trips.
• Waiting Time: Drivers will wait up to 30 minutes for domestic flights and one hour for international arrivals. Beyond these limits, a $50 waiting fee will apply. The company recommends including a buffer for luggage retrieval and customs when scheduling a pickup.

LAX Black Cars is not liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, accidents, road closures, airport-related incidents, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
• Missed flights, appointments, or events due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

 

Hourly Charters

Hourly charter rates apply only within the county area. Please contact us directly for rates regarding travel outside this area.

 

Pet Policy

• Service animals are required to remain on the floor and will be provided with a blanket. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to travel with a pet.
• Pets must be kept in crates or carriers while in the vehicle.

 

Cleaning Policy

• A cleaning fee of $50 may be charged for issues such as pet hair, liquid spills, or food-related messes in the vehicle.

 

Professional Standards (Additional Information)

All drivers are professional chauffeurs operating commercially insured vehicles. For prepaid bookings, a minimum gratuity is already included in the total fare for convenience.

 

Website Use

Users agree not to:

• Use the website unlawfully.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Interfere with website operations.

 

Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, graphics, and images are the property of LAX Black Cars or their respective owners and may not be used without permission.

 

Third-Party Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

 

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
